Starring Jerry Van Dyke, My Mother the Car featured Dyke’s character, Dave Crabtree, an attorney that purchases an antique car… that just happens to be his deceased mother… reincarnated as a car. Missing a laugh track, unfortunate viewers were unable to wrap their heads around the show’s intended emotions. TV Guide placed the show as #2 on its list of “Worst TV Shows.”
