TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DO FASHION AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID (IF ANY) TO USE THE SITE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
